The Alabama Wildlife Federation (AWF) home to the Alabama Nature Center is located on 300+ acres of treasured outdoors at 3050 Lanark Road in Millbrook. Countless activities, programs and events take place at AWF throughout the year at designated times for the public to enjoy. Come hike the trails and boardwalks throughout the property open 6 days per week. Learn about the outdoors in Alabama and enjoy special weekend programs such as the Spring Flora and Fauna weekend and the Fall Good Ole Days event. Kids fishing rodeos are hosted at AWF and educational programs such as Reptile Rendezvous. The Critter Crawl fun run has recently been added to the calendar.
