Prevention Institute has developed a broad range of practical, easy-to-use tools that guide practitioners, advocates, and policymakers in planning health strategy and in contributing to safer, healthier, and more equitable communities. The tools are grouped within three categories—creating effective strategies, building cross-sector collaboration, and strengthening communities, such as promoting health and health equity and preventing violence and chronic disease. They include conceptual frameworks, databases, step-by-step guides, and action plans that translate research into practice.
