The 2nd Annual Alabama Capital Access Matchmaker will be November 2 and 3 at the Caribe Resort in Orange Beach. The Alabama Small Business Development Center Network, Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, Baldwin County EMC and over 10 area Chambers of Commerce through this free event are connecting business owners from throughout the State to capital for startup, facilities, and expansion of services. On November 2nd from 8am to Noon will be “How to Get a Loan” including speakers from the U.S. Small Business Administration, and Women’s Business Center of South Alabama. The “Matchmaker” on November 3rd will begin with registration at 7:30am to hear a synopsis of the various programs represented. The funding program representatives will be available beginning at 1pm to meet with potential and established business owners. There will be over 15 types of funding programs represented and free one on one technical counseling for loans, government procurement, and disadvantage business enterprises.
